Thread rolling is a multi-functional cold extrusion machine tool. The thread rolling machine can roll the workpiece with thread, straight grain and twill in the cold state within its rolling pressure range; It is an advanced non cutting processing, which can effectively improve the internal and surface quality of the workpiece. The radial compressive stress generated during processing can significantly improve the fatigue strength and torsional strength of the workpiece. It is an ideal process with high efficiency, energy saving and low consumption.

1. Adjust the distance between the three axes, so that the distance between the three wire rolling dies is roughly an equilateral triangle for the wire rolling workpiece, turn on the hydraulic manual gear, and adjust the oil cylinder nut plug, so that the wire rolling die of the movable guide rail just touches the rolled workpiece when it is sent.

2. Opposite tooth

1、 Half tooth rolling (i.e. only one section of the workpiece is thread, and the length is not greater than the maximum die wheel size)

1. Paint the thread rolling part of the three-axis thread rolling machine with a color pen, manually install it between the three die wheels, and use the foot switch to push the die wheel of the movable guide rail forward to squeeze the workpiece.
2. Rotate the belt pulley by hand to make the three die wheels on the workpiece form a circle, and then check whether the three-stage silk screen is connected. If not, loosen the coupling connected with the gearbox behind the other two die wheels based on any one of the three die wheels, and rotate the scale. Repeat this until the three-stage silk screen is connected into a thread mark.
3. After the thread is connected, start the main power and cooling pump, put in the workpiece, roll and adjust the stroke of the oil cylinder at the same time. If it is not in place at one time, it must be adjusted many times to make the thread depth meet the standards and requirements. Special attention must be paid to that the pressure of the hydraulic pump should not be too high, which should be between 35kg / s, so as to avoid damaging the die wheel due to too high pressure.
4. Automatic rolling: after the standard thread is formed, turn on the hydraulic automatic gear, adjust the time relay according to your needs, arbitrarily adjust the automatic rolling and backward time, and quickly cycle the rolling.

2、 Roll the whole tooth (i.e. the whole screw rod)

1. Loosen the two compression nuts on the three bearing seats, gently swing an angle to adjust the rising angle close to the rolling thread, and then lock the compression nut on the bearing seat.
2. The alignment and rolling steps are the same as that of half rolling.
