Automatic circulation mode: start the hydraulic motor, turn the selection switch to automatic, and adjust the automatic input time and return time respectively according to the hydraulic requirements. At this time, the sliding seat feeds under the hydraulic pressure controlled by the forward time relay, and the sliding seat retreats and stays under the control of the backward time relay.
1、 By changing the working position of the selection switch, automatic rolling, foot rolling and manual rolling can be selected.

At this time, the sliding seat feeds under the hydraulic pressure controlled by the forward time relay, and the sliding seat retreats and stays under the control of the backward time relay.
Foot type circulation mode: insert the foot wire connector. When the time relay stops working, use the foot lowering switch to move the sliding seat forward under the action of hydraulic pressure. After rolling, lift the foot and the sliding seat returns under the action of hydraulic pressure.
There are many types of wire rolling machines, including three-axis wire rolling machine, screw rod wire rolling machine, full-automatic wire rolling machine, etc., which can be operated according to the actual situation.
2、 Clean the connecting rod when installing the screw. When loading and unloading the roller, remove the roller wheel rod support seat respectively, and install the roller on the roller wheel rod. With the help of the adjusting washer, adjust the spiral drum to the required axial position. The end faces of the two rollers shall be adjusted to the horizontal plane as far as possible, and washers shall be combined between the roller and the support bearing to prevent the roller from moving axially.
3、 The support seat shall be located in the center of the workpiece. With the change of the diameter of the rolled piece, the position of the support seat also needs to be changed. Adjustment method: loosen the two fixing bolts, move the support seat to the required position and tighten the bolts.
4、 The support block is installed on the support base, the top is welded with cemented carbide, loosen the fastening bolts of the support block, adjust the height of the support block by adding or removing shims at the bottom of the support block, and then tighten the bolts. The height of bearing block plays an important role in the rolling process.
(1) The height of the support block depends on the specification of the rolled workpiece, which can be slightly higher or lower according to different workpiece materials. Generally speaking, for ordinary steel, high-quality carbon steel and non-ferrous metal workpieces, the center of the workpiece can be slightly lower than the center of the roller rod by 0-0.25mm. For high-strength high-quality alloy steel and stainless steel workpiece, the workpiece center can be slightly higher than the roll rod center. In use, the user should adjust according to the actual situation.
(2) The width of the support block shall be based on the fact that the rolling wheel will not collide with the support block during rolling. For the workpiece with diameter less than M10, the width shall be close to the allowable width. For the workpiece with diameter above M10, the top width of the support block is allowed to be larger, but it does not have to exceed 18mm.
